Time Zone Doesn't Change

I tried changing my time zone from Mountain time to EST and it said it was a successful change; however, when I checked my scheduled tweets, they are still in Mountain time. I deleted one and reposted, thinking I might have to do that with all the scheduled tweets, but it reposted under Mountain time as well.

Why is my CoTweet account still saying that Twitter is experiencing downtime? I haven't experienced any problem with twitter directly today at all. My CoTweet is not updating the tweets people are @ replying to me- the only msgs. I am getting are old RT's and FF's; my direct messages are old as well.

Why didn't that show up in my recommendations (I'm sugaredmagnolia and threewinks gave the recommendation).

Also, there should be some way to delete an account.

Nope, it's still not working. I see it on other sites (tested it out on blogger, and a few other sites that typically have those scrambled letters, including this one!) and they all show up there. Just not Twitter. hmmm...

I am trying to create a new account, but when I fill out the info and press the button "I accept. Create my account" the message "Please try to match the 2 words shown above, or try the audio version" comes up by the category "Humanness". However, the Humanness category is blank. There are no scrambled letters or words or anything else there at all. Just blank. There is no audio option, either. I am running it on the newest version of Firefox, but I also tried to do it on the newest version of IE (or at least the next to newest version). Any ideas?
