    Contact a district attorney, get your money. PayPal isn't a bank and can't hold your funds legally.

    PayPal Limited Account - Subpoena
    Hello,

    Recently my account was limited to do suspected "fraudulent" activity on my account, as I sell intangible goods. I do understand that this is a tough business for PayPal to accept however I feel that my account was limited for the wrong reason as my account has only been running for 5 days, and even one or two charge back reversals would send my "reversal rate" through the roof.

    I've exhausted all my attempts to remove the limitation, called almost everyone in PayPal with no luck. So now I'm looking to get my money out of PayPal without waiting the 180 days. Does anyone have advice? I've heard many people talk about filing a subpoena with a District Attorney and usually they'll release the funds.
