Thank you for interest in Qik.
Could you please specify the version of Qik, your N97 firmware and your Qik username?
As to connection settings, if you have set up your Access point correctly then you can choose it manually via Options -> Settings -> Access point. Make sure that Connection option is set to Auto. Click Save.

At present it seems like the bug in this old version you have, and the only way to have updated Qik is to uninstall it, reboot device and install a new version by going to d.qik.com in your mobile browser.

Are you saying that the playback in the fresh version of our player stops at 6th second for all these 3 videos?

Secondly, our Symbian client has evolved since that times, please try our latest version 1.0.25. If you find any problems with the videos from the recent version, please send us your comments.

We've updated our player recently, current version is 0.7.12, and your videos are playing well on my side (ff3.5.5, mac). Right click on playing video will give you the version. Have you tried clearing firefox cache or different browser? do let us know on how it went.
