Just replace "/m/v" with "/video"

Dear Daniel,
Unfortunately, Nokia 3600 is a too old device to use Qik. It is built upon S60v1 platform. Qik currently support S60v3 and S60v5 platforms. There are too many differences between v1 and v3 to make Qik work on a v1 device.

Would greatly appreciate if you could provide some additional details of the issue that you're experiencing. Please specify
1) what Qik client you're using and your Qik username and your Mobile operator.
2) Are streaming via 3G or WiFi, or in both cases?
3) what are you performing to experience and issue (i.e. steps to reproduce)
4) what are the actual results
5) what are the expected results
6) is it only Qik-related or happens while you're using Web browser also?

Please give more information on that.
1) what is the exact URL you are trying to reach? have you tried accessing the main page http://qik.com/ ?
2) please send us a screenshot to support@qik.com with e-mail title "PHOTOlulu 403 error"
3) are you sure that you are not behind a blocking firewall?
