Add attachment/attach functionality to the email command.

A usability tester had the idea to add file attachments to the email command.

While this seems to be more of a system level functionality it makes a lot of sense for the Thunderbird port.

If you are still having this problem update to the latest version.

We are working on making Ubiquity behave better when there is no internet connection as well.

This is Alpha software, and the email command needs an overhaul. It will be fixed before a public beta.
