It's possible we may support this in the future. In the meantime, I suggest making a copy of the persona (you can base a new persona off any existing one) and just having a special persona with extra information for that contact.

Regarding 6.5, I suppose it's too much to expect you to read when you have difficulty pressing the play button on the video, but right above the video is "You can click Hide Help in the menu bar to hide this help text at any time.", and clicking Hide Help does indeed hide it.

I've found that many people on Flickr don't fill in the 'name' part of their profile. Currently, "A Special Someone" is displayed when we have no name for the person. I agree that this is confusing.

I'm seeing that we're unable to access your Twitter account. Did you possibly change your Twitter username and password?

Try going to edit your Twitter settings in chi.mp (You can do this by going to Content, and then clicking on the existing Twitter setup) and put in your username and password again.

We disabled Gmail contact import because there was no way to keep it from including "Suggested Contacts" -- which could be anyone you ever emailed. Google has recently made a way for us to make contact sync useful for you, so we hope to re-enable this soon.

Google's "apps for domains" mail hosting solves this problem by routing postmaster and abuse to Google's admins. Seems a reasonable approach.
