There are no deposit limits for bank wire transfers, checks or money orders. You are free to deposit as much as you like by these methods.

Checks and money orders will be subject ten-business day clearance period enforced by our bank before the funds are credited to your account, regardless of the amount involved.

There are limits enforced for credit card deposits. Initially you may deposit up to $250.00 by credit card over a thirty-day period. This can be increased to $1,000.00 per thirty days once we have verified your credit card and identity .After three months we can, upon request, increase your credit card deposit limit to $2,000.00 per thirty days. After six months we can increase it further to the maximum limit of $4,000.00 per thirty days. Please note that any increase to your credit card deposit limit is made at the sole discretion of the Exchange.

Your account is held in US dollars (USD) and all trading on the Exchange is done using USD. You may, however, send us funds in any currency. When received by our bank the funds will be converted to USD and then credited to your account.

Any currency conversion will be made by our bank at the spot rate for that particular day. Please note that we are not able to advise you what that rate might be.

Neither we, nor our banking provider, charge any fees for receiving your funds. We will always credit the full amount received to your account.

Your bank will likely charge you a fee to send a bank wire transfer. This fee is generally around $20.00 but it does vary so you should contact your bank to learn exactly how much you will be charged. If your bank has to route the transfer through an intermediary bank then a further fee (also typically around $20.00) may also be deducted. You should ask your bank about this also when sending a wire transfer.

A check or money order larger than $500.00 can be sent free of charge using our FedEx account. If you use our FedEx account to send a deposit of less than $500.00 then a $30.00 fee will be deducted from the deposit amount before it is credited to your account.

A credit card deposit will appear in your account immediately upon deposit.

A bank wire transfer typically takes 2-5 business days to reach your account.

Our bank enforces a ten-business day clearance period on all personal checks, cashiers checks and international money orders. The funds will not be available to you until our bank has cleared the funds.

Login to your account, visit the Account screen and you will see the list of available deposit methods in the menu bar down the side of the screen. Click on which method you’d like to use and follow the on-screen instructions.

Our bank account numbers and the international transfer codes required to send a bank wire transfer are available by clicking the Bank Wire link.

The postal address and mailing instructions for check and money order deposits are available by clicking on the Check link.

Full instructions on how to send a check or money order using our FedEx account (including how to get our FedEx account number) are available by clicking on the FedEx link.

You can fund your account using the following methods:

· Credit card
· Bank wire transfer
· Personal check, cashiers check or international money order

The option to send a check or money order by FedEx is also available. If your deposit is greater than $500.00 then you can use our FedEx account free of charge.

We do not accept cash, Western Union, PayPal, MoneyBookers, ACH or Neteller.
