It'd be really nice if there were a permission for allowing people to create messages but not send them, so that someone else could review the messages before they go out.

Confirm "Delete All"

I think that you should add confirmation messages (and, ideally an "undo" option) when deleting messages. Particularly when you choose "Delete All." The fact that you can click "Delete All" accidentally and have no confirmation is pretty bad UX.
