How to calibrate the charge and runtime estimates in Powerware 9120?

I purchased a used Powerware 9120 2000 VA unit. It seems handle its function perfectly: during a power failure test, it provided three hours of power to my server.

Its charge and runtime estimates are clearly incorrect, though. Seems like a calibration issue.
