Ishtar's dashboard

Takes about 10-20 seconds for the application to start, so it doesn't pop up as soon as I need it. To be fair though, I do have an ancient computer (a Pentium III with 512 RAM), but I used to use Notepad to take notes and it was pretty fast of course. Piconote is great for organising, but it'd be beautiful if the startup can be increased in some way. :)
