Mark Trapp replied on August 04, 2009 05:02 to the problem "pulling comments from FriendFeed?" in IntenseDebate:
Having this problem, too. It's pretty awful that there are people replying that they have been having problems for 5 months yet the developers decided to stop responding to this issue. Should we assume that FriendFeed comment integration isn't supported or actively developed? Maybe you should remove the feature to avoid confusion.

Profile only shows 20 unseen moviesIn my profile, it only shows 20 of the movies I haven't seen. I mistakenly marked a couple of movies as not seen but now I can't change it.

Mark Trapp replied on March 31, 2009 19:18 to the question "Why is Get Satisfaction acting so irresponsibly?" in Get Satisfaction:
This feature isn't as prominent as it should be. The example given in the comments of the 37Signals post, New Relic (URL: http://getsatisfaction.com/newrelic), still conveys strongly that GetSatisfaction is the "Customer Support Community" for the company, in large, more prominent type over the company message, which blends in with the flair on the site. The company message really should take the place of the "Customer Support Community" language at the top.
And of course, the badge about the consumer pact is awful. Who wrote it? It links to a wiki page with a bunch of random signatures. When we looked at GS for support, we thought this was a joke. And now we're supposed to sign it? The whole pact thing really needs to be elaborated more on your site, not just a link to a random person's wiki page.-

Mark Trapp asked a question in Flickchart on July 03, 2008 03:41:
How do I tell Flickchart about future viewings? What happens if I say I haven't seen a movie, but later see aforementioned movie? Is there a way to go back and say "Hey, I've seen this movie!"?
Mark Trapp shared an idea in Flickchart on July 03, 2008 03:39:
Cache Movie PostersI like the changing movie posters, but there should be some sort of caching. If I'm flipping through a bunch of movies I haven't seen, the one I have seen keeps changing, making it a bit confusing as the one thing that should be constant isn't. It's also taking a few seconds to load up the image; if it were the same image, the UA's caching would kick in.
Mark Trapp shared an idea in Flickchart on July 03, 2008 03:38:
More List Correction, Less DiscoveryI'd like to see more list correcting matchups (ones that change rankings of movies that already on my list) rather than discovery matchups. It's bugging me that certain movies are so high up on my list, and it's only because i had them in a matchup early on-
Mark Trapp started following the idea "Remove "Haven't Seen" for Previously Ranked Movies" in Flickchart.
