Email my domains list with custom fields.

You have an option to "Email me my domains list". I would like this list to contain at least the following fields:
Registrant particulars,
Registration date,
Expiry date,
Privacy status,
Google Apps status,
Lock status,
Lock code,
DNS hosted (Y/N),
Website hosted (Y/N)

If we could choose the fields to be output that would be much better. And also, the output could be in CSV or Tab Delimited format.

This thing is all the more necessary when you deal with hundreds of your own and clients' domains.

All in all, Name.com is doing great on most of things now!

Time out while I am still doing something!

I have a lot of processes going on and the session times out even before the hosting connection has finished the process. I can understand that if you are hosting millions of sites, it may take time to install a new application, but at least don't time out my connection while I am waiting for the installation to finish and do something else meanwhile, like setting up email accounts in another window or browsing the auction lists.

It's happened many times even while am doing work in the file manager like uploading files. Because another GoDaddy window is inactive - the session times out, causing my other active GoDaddy window operation to fail.

Nice to know that integrated hosting options are being discussed. And as I commented elsewhere too - three things will make Name.com unbeatable:
(1) Integrated hosting (2) Selling/trading names (3) Reseller or affiliate scheme.

Yes, I agree for .com your 6.99 v/s their 7.69 with coupon application and your free private whois v/s their $1.95 is still lower. But their $1.19 for .info compared to your $9.99. Perhaps $2.99 would be a good bargain.

In fact I have also been wanting to resell Name.com product, but looking at the already low rates that were offered until couple of months back, I didn't feel like asking! But now that the rates are increased, may I suggest to go ahead with a reseller system. If you couple this with optional paid hosting you got a big market out there. Not many people are interested in Free Google Apps. I have been trying to popularize this (Name+GoogleApps) but could get only 1 client in 3 months that too because it was left to me for some SEO work I was doing.

(All my YOUs are addressed to Name.com)

The past one year I have been registering 3 to 4 domains a month on average and have about 40 domains here. But, the last 2 months I tried other companies due to the hosting requirements AND the rate increase.

Your rate increase for .com and .info without any associated open hosting packages is a drawback. The free Google hosting is good only for placeholders and an option of hosting packages like HostGator etc. is needed. The redirection to another host has problems of being slow that has me thinking of transferring the domains to someone like GoDaddy.

Do they also refund the money? If not, then why not just let the domain expire. It will add to the domain's life perhaps. Also, why not list it at some domain seller, so you might even find some interested buyer?
