No one has made an attempt to fix this problem, and I've checked time and time again, and I still haven't received my shorts, yet.

(Sorry, but I'm getting impatient, since this issue have been a week old, and still, nothing has been done whatsoever)

A week ago, my level and coins stuffed up, now when I log on today. I lost 10 achievements! This is so annoying! -.- I am pretty sure I had 52 achievements before, now it went to 42..

Here's some of achievements that I am sure I have lost: Befriended 1 + 2 Buzz 1 - 3 (I think I had 4 as well) Friendly Fire 1 + 2, Proliferator 1+ 2

All together, this adds up to my missing achievements! So please fix it soon!

Oh btw some achievements still don't work for me, like decked out 1, I've bought around 30 items and still haven't got that achievement, same with mastery - 1 and some others as well... >.>

Still, nothing has been done about it. =/

I am still missing those shorts, whenever I go to inventory, the item hasn't came up yet.

Can a employee please help?

I have this problem as well, when I bought a item for my avatar, it never showed in the inventory, but my coins were still deducted.

In TTR3, you can't see what your best percentage of tapping, you can only see your scores.

To look at your highscores, you need to play through a whole song, however, you can just pause it at the start instead, then tap 'end game', to bring you to your results, etc.


Afterwards, when you either finish the song, or ended the song prematurely, you will be automatically led to the summary tab, on the top of the screen there are other tabs, like highscore (the one you were looking for), buzz (to rate the song, recommended to rate them to complete achievements) and artist's website. So just tap the 'highscore' tab, and you're in!

Once you're inside, it will not only show your highest score for that particular song, but (I'm assuming) your top 10 highscores for that song as well. So then you can compare how well you did compared to the other times you attempted the song.

Item not showing up on avatar item list

Recently, I bought a pair of yellow/gold coloured maui boardshorts.


When I go to my avatar editor, it did not show up on my recent items list, which should have been shown there, because that was my most recent item I bought!


So I decided to look for the category that my boardshort should be in -- swimsuits. However, there was no such category for this, then I decided to look into the shorts category, where it could be in as well. Unfortunately, no luck at all.


So there you have it, I searched for every other category available, and I didn't find my maui boardshorts! Where is it?! Please fix this problem by either making the boardshorts appear in my inventory or just give me a coin refund. (I'd rather you guys fix it and have it in my inventory than a coin refund...)

Thank you for fixing this problem (I lost my coins and level =.=), in the meantime I'll just wait for it to be fixed before I play it again. Oh by the way, which timezone do you mean by tomorrow? Because it's late afternoon here atm, so I just wanna get a approx. time on when this problem will be fully resolved.

PS: My ttr3 profile name is same as this name if you need looking into... =/
