It's just not working properly!!A Nightmare from hell that what I have to say 72 hours later and it is still just really terrible. I'm so upset with this ( blank pages when I send a welcome, very errictic ,logging me out and members, SLOW SLOW SLOW ,loss of invite members yet you say it is sorted wrong wrong wrong ...... ), I have a huge amount of members that I'm too worried to bring here because this instability. I have already brought over 1000 and I am very very unhappy . PLEASE TELL ME THIS WILL STABLISE AS I HAVE ALREADY LOST MEMBERS ......... TRANSDIVINE.COM

I can't get on at all at the moment. Continually logged out or left hanging with an empty screen. Third day in a row at around the same time. So unstable. Can't welcome members, as every time I try and send a message the system wipes it off as a I send it. These problems just don't seem to be resolved, whatever anyone says. – Ivana, on January 13, 2009 18:30

It's very variable. One minute it's really quick and works, the next minute it's really slow and you wait for ages with a spinning symbol (Vista) and then it goes blank.
And it's the same with the site overall this morning and early afternoon - it's not something you can trust. It's got lots of members online and suddenly I'm logged out and so are all of them. I know you're working hard, but I'm not really seeing much stable improvement yet. It's just gone again while I was trying to send a welcome message to someone.

Blank pages sending invitesI'm having a lot of problems sending invites - when I get to the second page of the process, it's just blank, and I lose all the email addresses I've entered. Fortunately I've kept copies, but this seems to be happening nearly all the time.

IT GETS FROM BAD TO WORSEAgain and again I can't get into my network it is just REALLY dreadful. When is this really going to improve you keep saying it's better faster but really I cannot hold you to your word much longer. I have lost messages,members, I have blank screens sometimes it is just hit and miss all the time, how much longer am I a guinea pig for this? I really nearly am at the end of the road with you saying 24hours it's going to be better or 48 hours or tomorrow or the day after when when when is this going to be stable please please let me know if you can't do it then I will stop spending time and energy here and go elsewhere or give up altogether.

Keep being logged out, losing content, erratic serviceMy network, transdivine.com has been really bad this afternoon and evening, really slow and erratic. It was fine this morning, but now it's just terrible. I keep being logged out, and then the site does not respond when I try to get in again. It's very unstable, and I keep losing content when I post things. All I get is a blank screen. When I post events the screen goes blank. Sadly it's not at all like it says on the blog post on the owners group. So unstable. I just hope I don't lose any more members.

Editing, Messaging & Photo problemshttp://www.transdivine.com is definitely faster (thanks), but I've still got a range of problems, some of which are new.
- if I want to send a message to someone and click on send message, their name isn't showing up in the To: box, so I can't write to new members to welcome them
- I can't delete items from the Activity on the home page. Nothing happens when I try to do this.
- The editing toolbar isn't showing up when I want to write a Group blog post, so I can't put things like videos into posts.
- There are still some random grey heads instead of photos on member profiles.

Problems with invitesSending invites, having pressed send, the following page comes up with a huge list of paragrpahs of code all starting "invalid argument". So I don't know if they've gone or not.
Also when I try and look at invited contacts, some of the email addresses now seem to have additional characters in front of them - a dot or a squiggle or something.

Depending on pricing, I'm very happy to pay for a site. But it's got to work. The way things are going, I'm not going to have any members. I'm spending a lot of time dealing with complaints, and people are leaving.
This afternoon I can hardly ever get in, and whenever I try and do anything I just lose the data. I'm unhappy with it all. People keep saying that it will be better in 48 hours and it never is. I know lots of people are moving from Ning, and it's Beta, but my patience is really wearing thin.-

Who-IM problem - can't make it workSince everything came back online I've got a big problem with Who-IM. I get the thumbnails but no red or green dots, and if I click on one, it opens a window with a white background I can hardly see that I can't close. And I can't send messages using it.
I'm using Vista and Firefox. All cookies have been deleted and the cache cleared, it doesn't happen with Safari on Vista.-
