I've had to disable my Featured Member on the front page of transdivine.com as well. Having this has had a major impact on return visits of members, so this needs mending ASAP!!!!

Thank goodness it IS a priority! I'm desperate for a solution to this....my network is really suffering and losing out to competitors because it doesn't have an integrated chat system which works.

Deleted member still getting messages

A former member of my network - he deleted his profile - is still getting messages (a message to all group members was the latest). He has asked for his email address to be removed from the database, but I don't see a way of doing this....

What can I do?

I now have this problem too on transdivine.com with videos uploaded several hours ago. Very frustrating for members, and all the more confusing because of the error message. I don't know whether I should be deleting them from the videos section or not.

Network Timing Out, Blank Pages Yet Again

Yet again transdivine.com is timing out and throwing up blank pages this evening. Other members are having problems: one couldn't get any response from the site for several minutes, but could get other Zocku networks to load. It's bounced all my members off again. This was tested on other computers using my internet connection and confirmed, so it's not a local issue.

I'm really sad about this, as once again I'm haemorraghing members because of it. It's not good enough. What can you do to stop this happening? All I want is a reliable stable network here - but I've never had one in five months.

It's just knocked all my members offline again while I was writing this....

Hi Ryan,

Still happening on two different computers at this end on transdivine.com, using Vista and Firefox 3. This is the button on my profile page that triggers the error.



But this may be specific to my network (which seems to be buggier than most) as it doesn't happen on a friend's network.

Thanks for your thoughts,but I'm not confused, and I'm not new here.

And in any event, the forum bug which started the problem needs to be fixed: it's been reported and acknowledged here frequently, so I'm not convinced that mailing support@socialgo.com will make much difference in resolving it.

Activity keeps coming back

Deleted latest activity keeps coming back on my network, transdivine.com.

I created a forum topic in a group, edited it and of course (another bug still to be fixed since how long?) it jumped into the main FAQ section of my network forum. So I deleted the topic, and recreated it in the group.

However, the activity message kept coming back on the front page, so that I had two identical activity messages . I deleted it three times, and it still came back. Also, I discovered that clicking on the original one recreated the forum topic I had deleted, so I had to get rid of the forum posting again.

Finally, at the fourth attempt I've got it to go. But this combination of bugs is very frustrating.

Thanks for this. What progress has been made with the webmail providers in terms of getting the "spam" tag' removed? It's clearly affecting my network's growth and activity (and will probably have the same effect on lots of others).

Do you have any more information on the blacklisting issue? My number of new joiners has dropped dramatically (which is very unusual) despite my keeping up the momentum of well-targeted invites.

If there is an issue with email hosts, this needs to be resolved asap.

My own personal email (the one the network is registered under) is with yahoo, though I don't really understand how that impacts on the speed of processing invites through my network?

The invites I'm sending go to a wide range of email hosts, though predominantly yahoo, google and hotmail.

I'm still having problems on the Invite Friends pages. It's very erratic. Even sending 4 invites (I'm talking about the second part of the process, with the tick box list already in place) often results in the green progress bar hanging for ages, and then the page finally resolves to a blank page, so I can't be certain whether they were correctly sent or not.

"I have been trying to join a few groups But When ever I try to join a group The page changes but after a while, it says done, the page is blank. It does not show up that i am a member of that group. A while back i joined a group with no problem at all."

Bulk photo delete problem

Today I needed to delete an ex-member's photos. Though the album page offers an option at the foot of the page to allow you to select and delete all of them, this doesn't work. I had to delete the photos one by one manually.
