Video upload problemsMembers of transdivine.com are having and reporting problems uploading videos. Though the Activity says this member has uploaded a video, it's not appeared.
Separately, another member has been unable to upload a video and gets this message
"The video uploader is taking a long time to load or the load has failed.
Please make sure that the Flash Plugin is enabled and that a working version of the Adobe Flash Player is installed. "
They say that they have the latest versions of Flash installed.

Still intermittent this morning. Sometimes 10 members show up, sometimes one. And sometimes none. Blank pages when I try and send a message.
With all the recurring problems (and not forgetting the fact that the oft-promised features haven't been delivered), in the next few days I will to seriously have to consider shutting down my network. Over the last couple of days, the number of members online has continued to drop because of these problems. It's not worth my putting in the effort, because I simply can't deliver what my members want because Zocku doesn't work well enough.
It always seems to happen at the weekends, because of ongoing problems from some behind the scenes update. I can always tell when something has been done because there are new problems with my network (and ongoing technical or missing functionality issues haven't been resolved).
Customer service here always promises fixes, but either they don't happen or aren't sustained.

This has not been fixed AT ALL.....
Yet again, on a Friday evening, at one of the busiest times of the week, my network isn't functioning as it should be. This is completely unacceptable. During the day I had all my members knocked offline, css not loading, and more. And the notifications issue flagged earlier still hasn't been fixed either.
As I said, unacceptable.

My network is still erratic this morning. The same problems. The number of members online has dropped by about 75% because they can't browse successfully. I'm still very unhappy with the whole thing because of the lack of stability (and the constant delays in delivering promised new features).
If there's been some new deploy of code yesterday (usually when there is something else gets broken on my network) things are worse and not better. My network always seems to suffer when things are changed. It shouldn't be like this.
And customer service isn't getting any better. Some things don't get answered for weeks (one of my moderators has never had an answer to something posted several weeks ago), and when there is an answer, it's just to say it's been passed to the team or "we're on it". And then things don't get fixed.

Blank pages and member display problemsLots of intermittent problems on my network this evening. For example, when I go to the members page, only two show up, or I get a completely blank page.
And I'm frequently getting a blank page when I go to messages pages. This is really annoying, as my network is busy, and I'm dealing with a lot of new members. It's NOT my internet connection (which is now 12mb cable).
Please can this be sorted, without having to wait to the "next deploy".

A comment on the problem "Chat feature not working." in SocialGO:
I don't see why I should have to pay for another chat facility just because yours doesn't work properly.
This is another example of how buggy so much of the zocku/socialgo software is and how many features are still missing.
Since you officially moved out of "beta", speed and stability have improved, but not much else that members can see. A lot of my members are drifting back to rival sites on Ning and elsewhere because they feel there's more functionality.
I'm nervous of encouraging more people to join up because it just doesn't feel up to the standards members expect. They want to be able to do some of the things they can on other networks. And problems still seem slow to be resolved here. – Ivana, on March 22, 2009 09:35

Group moderation not workingAll requests to set up groups on my network - transdivine.com - are subject to moderation.
Someone has just set up a group and it has bypassed all the settings - it's there and working, and I received no notification whatsoever.
This is a new problem, as moderation was working yesterday.
