Photo Album/Profile problem

Yet another problem on my Zocku network. A member of transdivine.com has uploaded four photos to their MY PICS (Everyone) album.

They show up in the main photo pages, and you can view them full-size individually (photo properties appear fine). But when you go to the album view or their profile page, they don't show up at all.

With more than 5,400 photos on my network (and rising), it's incredibly difficult to navigate through them, or for members to browse photos uploaded more than two or three days ago. Photos and videos more than a week old might as well be not there.

When will something be done to make make it easier to browse through and feature older photos and videos? This needs to be sorted out asap.

It's more important to be able to re-invite people you invited 8 weeks ago than 8 hours ago from your invite list. When will this be possible?

Well, the reason I'm trying to get these problems sorted out is precisely because I want to run a thriving community. But the software at the moment is holding it back. The peak times are the important times, although I have a worldwide community. The problems over the weekend cost me half my usual traffic yesterday.

And I'm certainly not alone in reporting speed issues.

I'm surprised if the adverts at the root of it. They come from Adknowledge, who serve 8 billion ads a month on Facebook, Bebo,MySpace, Hi5 and Friendster. Those networks seem to be doing ok.

Nothing changes slow as ever. I had a feeling i was not the only one ... worse when the usa wakes up and all weekend's just the same as beta so far so crap.
Maybe it may speed up again it's all pot luck maybe wearing a four leaf clover may help.

Thanks Stivi. Just so that you know, the member in question was re-activated several hours later, after discussions with him about network rules.

This is completely separate from the problem, as this reactivation was hours later, but if you search for him in my network database, you'll find he's an active member again.

I'm appalled at how bad this is on my network , patronised by sg staff who ALWAYS seem to turn the problems back to me.Zocku is the problem not me. VERY unstable once again & I should not be paying for this amateur service.

The Classic Glamour group has signed into my network again. After the earlier security alert, I can't tell what's behind it. This happened at about 9.25 pm UK time

Email notification link doesn't work

The link in the email notification leads to a page of videos, and not to an individual upload, so you can't tell which video Josephine was commenting on. It's also not grammatically correct.

A member I had deleted from my network was still online and able to upload photos 10 minutes after his profile had been deleted
