IT IS YOUR PROBLEM NOT MINE LISTEN FOR GOD SAKE !!!! I gave up in the end yesterday evening UK time. My network timed out three times, and not just for me. All my members were knocked offline. This is after Alex commented my network was fine.
Just as with SocialGo, Friday evenings - a peak time for my network - seems to be a time when my Zocku network stops being a place where people will stay because it's too slow. We were promised that speed wouldn't be a problem when we made the move.
If work is going to be done on the network which will slow it down, we need warning so that we can alert members.
If it's because the new system can't cope with the networks moving to it, then you should have planned for it. It was fine when I first moved, but now what happened with SocialGo is happening with Zocku, and I can't cope with it. And I'm paying for it.
Of course, it's back to normal - as far as speed is concerned - this morning, thank goodness, but America sleeps and I'm on UK time.

Member database problemIn the Manage Members area of transdivine.com I seem to have 11 members "pending" from early January. I have never had membership set up this way. And there is no Banned section as I know there is on some other networks.
Also, I deleted a profile this afternoon (directly from the profile itself), and the member name doesn't appear at all anywhere in the member database.

None of the mystery "attendees" I've approved have shown up in the list of attendees. I've just got another member to register their attendance and then remove it and it worked fine - and I didn't get any request to approve. If you've fixed this, thanks.
