Yes it is copyright infringment unless your network has agreed with the music labels/ publishers ... like myspace and others Posting your respective music is illegal unles you have an agreement with the music publisher. And now I can't even send in small batches. Invite contacts is now just a blank page, the same experience as moderators and members. In fact, I can't even log into my network.
To cap it all I'm now getting the reset password screen, which members keep reporting to me, and then they don't come back.
I feel like throwing my computer at the wall. I'm so upset by this, because the response is usually "try refreshing your browser". Well, come and look at it from the perspective of my members and me. This is a SocialGo problem, every weekend.
All I can say is, mickey mouse outfit, I'm f###d off with it, and looking at where else I can go. There's no way that I am going to try and pull thousands of members to a network here.
There's only so much I can take.

Happening to my mod as well so sick sick to death of this unstable erratic network. One minute fine next crap ....

Can't access my networkI can't get beyond the welcome page of my network (transdivine.com) - it just hangs. This kind of thing is still happening too often. One of my moderators has had blank pages all day when sending invites.
I went to look at status.socialgo.com and it's blank. Firefox has this message: DB_DataObject Error: Connect failed, turn on debugging to 5 see why

invites very, very slowSending invites is very slow. If you send more than about 50 invites, it can take 10 minutes or more for them to go. This isn't only my experience, but members have also reported it as well on transdivine.com - one member waited an hour yesterday for about 100 member invites (.csv) to go through! It just hangs.....

And they're still at it. It's happened again today. I've just had another email from the SocialGo support centre saying my request to cancel my network is being considered. Again someone has attempted to impersonate me and close my network.
It's clearly someone who knows the SocialGo system, as they know how to submit a cancellation request. How sick can they be?
That's two days running. What action can be taken against this person? Ryan is right - their ip address should be banned from all SocialGo and Zucko networks.
And I want to confirm again: I DO NOT WANT TO CANCEL MY NETWORK. Please, someone from SocialGo, respond to this and let me know how to stop this harrassment from happening.

I'd really like to thank Nialll for his quick response to this attempt to sabotage my network. And I'm very reassured by the steps SocialGo have put in place to stop this actually happening. However, it's been very upsetting, and it's sad that some people have nothing better to do than try and destroy other people's networks.

YouTube problem in SpainJust so that network owners are aware, since Friday, users in Spain who connect to the internet via Telefonica (or through companies who use Telefonica's infrastructure, like Orange) have been unable to view YouTube videos.
Currently Google and Telefonica seem to be blaming each other, so the problem doesn't seem to be resolved as yet.
This does mean that members of your network who are based in Spain and affected by this won't be able to view embedded videos on your network, and may complain about it. This isn't a problem with your network or SocialGo.
If you're based in Spain, you can continue to view YouTube and get embed codes if you access via a proxy site like http://www.webproxyonline.info

Connection interruptedTonight on transdivine.com whenever I try and send a welcome message or invites, I lose the content and get an error page saying Connection Interrupted and "the document contains no data". It's really infuriating that it's still so very unstable after all this time.
