Other people are having the same problem. I can access other socialgo networks. I've not changed any settings. I've deleted cookies, cleared caches and restarted my computer and tried other browsers. I can get into admin via my.socialgo.

A couple of other issues related to this. Special characters don't display correctly in messages (I added a couple of ascii hearts and they showed up as very strange things in the message which arrived)
And the message comes from the-team@socialgo.com. What will happen when we move to a white-label network?

Messaging members reveals my account name....Like a lot of Network Owners, I have an onscreen alias which is separate from my account name. When I send a message to all members via Admin, I've just discovered the message is sent using my account name and not the alias. I don't want this information to be made public, and it's just been sent to several thousand people.....fortunately it didn't reveal my private email address, but I'm very upset.....

Invite problemInvites are enabled for all on my network, transdivine.com, but a member who is also a moderator is having a big problem sending invites. The system just hangs: he waited over an hour on two occasions but had to give up in the end.
I'm finding it really slow to send them as well. They go, but it takes a long time.

I can't delete a member's pictures from the photo tab or individually - I've just tried. So what else do you suggest I do as a network owner? I have members waiting for their photos to be deleted.....
Patience may be a virtue, but network owners not being able to delete either copyright or potentially illegal material is a serious flaw.

Network's getting busier, but there are a lot of member complaints about setting birthdates etc.using the calendar (lots of 98 year olds or 13 year olds that I have to sort). Hopefully this will be fixed with the next update? Also the network really needs a slideshow and chat.
All the little problems take up a lot of time or are frustrating e.g I get a blank page every time I try and edit a video title typo etc.

Thanks for this - I'm currently answering emails about problems from members.
I'm also very worried about copyright - how long until we can disable the player? I'm assuming SocialGo will take care of any copyright violation claims until network owners have control of this? I know some publishers are hot on these issues now.

Today someone uploaded a lot of copyright photos to a group on my network, and I can't tell who did it. But because I'm the group owner, when someone commented on one of them, the comment email said that the photo was mine. I've now deleted them all, but this is important, as I want to be able to stop this, know who did it and avoid copyright problems.
