A comment on the idea "Services you'd like to see added to Ping.fm" in Ping.fm:
Your twitpic credentials are your Twitters'. When you upload photos on your twitpic it updates it to Twitter (if you choose to). Maybe by using only the Twitpic API? I don't really know how that might work, just guessing... – Ivan Frantar, on September 12, 2008 20:30 -

It would be cool to use TwitPic.com as well. Being able to upload photos from phone, google gadget, and gTalk through ping.fm to TwitPic. -

Just wondering if you can avoid asking people's password from other services if I want integration with delicious, twitter, etc. It doesn't makes me feel confortable. And I don't want to share that information with you.
To illustrate it, it makes me feel like giving a waiter on a restaurant my credit card and pin number to pay the check.
Can you guys use OAuth instead. I think that would be a better aproach or OpenID.

Yes, I have the same problem on Windows. And when I use it on my linux distro it even crashes (occassionaly). I think something buggy might be going on with the javascript generating the counter for the characters left.
