thats why it would be nice if each individual user could specify their work times, so that we could tell it that our work day begins at say 6am (or some other time when we're sure we'll have slept and then restarted working) and not 12am.

Is there any timeline for the next release of SLife for Mac? I think it's a great program, but the fact that it doesn't count typing as an activity means that I have no record of how much time I spend word processing (which I know is a lot, but I need to know exactly how much!). I was just wondering how long I'll have to wait for this functionality. Thanks!

I really like your product in SLife. I've been looking for an application and website tracker so I can hopefully stop wasting time, and start being more productive!

I looked at RescueTime, but was really turned off by having upload all my data to their servers. The policy phrase "We will never look at your individual data unless you are having technical difficulties, it is required by law, or it is necessary to maintain our system." is too broad for me. I want to personally control who can see what I'm doing with my time! So I love how your program is hosted entirely on my machine and doesn't send data to anyone. I've been tagging along my support and comments to previously-made suggestions and requests for features and improvements, but I just wanted to post some praise to say thanks for a great product!

I like how you can associate domain urls, but it's hard to know which websites have already been associated without them being marked somehow in the web and documents pane. that would be a cool feature! Also, if they could automatically show up grouped by domain in the web and documents pane, that would be great too. :)

I'm all for tracking media applications such as video, since it's easy to lose time to watching a video (or even worse, parts of a video) here and there.

I think it would make a huge difference! I was chatting on IM, an application where once I've opened the window I may not touch the mouse for several minutes because all I need to do is read, type my response and hit "enter" to send, and then read, and type my response, etc. So while the chat log shows I was on for over an hour, slife only recorded 24 mins of chatting. While this is probably great for making me feel good, it's not great at making me stop chatting earlier! So please add in keyboard activity soon!

Also, it would be nice to be able to mark an item in the Web and Documents pane as assigned or not assigned (to make the assignments of items more efficient) :)

so...when will this feature be available? I think you're product is great, but it'd be nice to be to categorize my webpages/documents so I can see just how much time I'm spending NOT working. :p
