we used to allow this, so if that user has never gone back to update thier edit profile page, then we wouldn't clean up those fancy characters.
unfortunately, many of the fancy characters cause problems in our database where we store all these names, so we decided to discontinue allowing them to prevent larger problems.

i think this either depends on which browser you are using to view bebo, or which profile option you have selected on your profile before you try to move modules, but im not sure yet. I have seen this happen too, but inconsistently. – Izabela, on December 02, 2009 22:57

Unfortunately i do not have enough information to process this request without evidence of how he has harassed you or members of your family. (links, comments, photos..)
Please use the 'Report Abuse to Bebo' link on this profile to report abuse on this profile in our system so that it can be taken care of and also please provide as much info as you can in the report.
The best thing to do is usually to block the person so they can no longer contact you and then they will get the message.

this acct has been unblocked also. please keep in mind that you may be blocked again if you post too many comments or try to add too many friends thru mobile in a short timespan , as these actions resemble those of known spammers. I hope this helps! – Izabela, on November 04, 2009 21:48
