For example you sold an item on eBay and decided to archive it after you notice that it was delivered but soon after the customer is complaining that they never received the package. The problem is that you sell a lot of items and prefer storing them in the archive rather then delete them. This can lead to a lot of clutter and make it frustrating to search through. If a search option was added it would save a lot of time and effort.

There can be an option for categorizing your shipments by either incoming or outgoing. For example if you sold an item on ebay and sent it out to the buyer then you would mark it as outgoing but if you have an item arriving to you that you bought then it would be marked as incoming. these two categories would be separated from one another.

An option for sorting shipments by their current delivery status. This would be helpful if you wanted shipments that show "delivered" at the top of the page for example.
