i still havent gotten my bag either. I ordered a custom pattern strap with it, but it was NOT a custom bag. my order number: 5154041, only shows up as the strap that was delivered already. no word of my bag on the UPS tracking info.
I posted something about a week ago, and got a response a few days later, telling me to email customer service...which i did and still haven't heard back from yet. i ordered the bag on May 31st, this is ridiculous
i have to say, for as many great things as i heard about this company, and for the price paid for these bags, im very disapointed in this customer service -
