Jaanus replied on November 06, 2009 08:47 to the question "Best way to track multiple instances of the same task in a single day?" in Toggl:
I understand. The end time shows the last time you stopped the task. So, when you track it throughout the day, the start and stop times are not congruent with the duration.
We are already thinking about how to change that or make it more understandable.
A "repeat task" option would be a possibility. We'll see.
There seems to be an issue with the planned task deletion. We'll fix that.

Jaanus replied on November 03, 2009 15:16 to the question "How do I change billing information?" in Toggl:
Nothing will happen to your current time. All your data (clients, projects, tasks, etc) will be there.
The Premium is just an extra pack of functionality on top of your workspace. When temporarily canceling the Premium subscription, nothing will be deleted or removed, everything is kept just like it was before. Just just can't access the Premium functionality when the workspace is a free one. So, after resubscribing, everything will be exactly the same as it is now.
Jaanus replied on November 03, 2009 15:07 to the question "How do I change billing information?" in Toggl:
Okay, this has to be done manually then. Like this:
* cancel the Premium subscription (under the Workspace tab)
* resubscribe using the credit card payment
NB! When you resubscribe, a payment is made immediately since there is no trial period. So you may want to do this right before the next payment. Or you can do it now and we can refund you a part of the previous payment.

With the recent reports overhaul, some functionality got left out. No worries, the majority of them will be back with the new release on November 4th. Here is a blog post about it: http://blog.toggl.com/2009/10/about-n...
We are sorry for the inconveniences.

Yes, we have public reports that can be accessed without a Toggl account.
This feature is in the Premium version: http://www.toggl.com/public/premium
