Yes, it should be just temporary until you change the time frame. Then the new time frame will be saved as the default one.

You should definitely be able to add the client to an existing project.

The message is saying that the project name has already been taken. So it seems that Toggl is trying to create a new project. Did you go Project list -> click on an existing project -> click Edit on the project form -> add the client -> click Save ?

Currently not but tasks without projects has been in plans for some time now. Until we have implemented the support for this you could temporarily make a project called "No project" for tracking tasks that do not need a project.

The only shortcut is for starting and stopping the timer and it works currently only with the Classic Timer.
We have plans to add shortcuts but maybe not this year.

Good point Andrew. This should be the correct behavior. Currently it is not taking the estimated hours into consideration. We'll make that change soon (next release or the release after that; probably in November). – Jaanus, on November 12, 2009 15:02
