I've had complaints that the "Login to comment" button at the top is confusing to my visitors. Some think they MUST login to comment on my blog. Perhaps if I could move this button down to where the comment field is located, it would cause less confusion to my visitors.

Comment Field Position
I'm testing this out on my blog and People are complaining that they have to scroll to post a comment. I was wondering if there is any way to move this area to the top?
