Someone please help me, customer service is no help!Getting no where with customer service about a returned item and credit. I've got a so-called reference number but when I have called to check on the status of the credit to my account, customer service doesn't show a number like that. Also, every single time I call customer service there is horrible static and the calls cut out so I can't hear the service representative.
