Changing password worked for me - thanks Mike. I just started getting unable to synch error messages after upgrading to Office 2007. I started investigating this morning and after uninstalling and reinstalling the desktop client, I went to reset and got the (Error Code 2: The system cannot find the file specified.) message. Thanks again.
