A comment on the question "Add link to Ruzuku in comment emails" in MoreBetterLabs, Inc.:
All of the images in the emails are broken, but the new Ruzuku DNS still isn't resolving correctly for me. I'd assumed that was the problem.
Also, annoyed that I chose the wrong post type and Get Satisfaction won't let me change it (meant to post an "Idea"). – jacksonfox, on October 22, 2009 03:22

Add link to Ruzuku in comment emailsThe email notification I get when someone comments on my post should have a link so I can view the comment on Ruzuku

Clearly distinguish unofficial forums from official forumsCommunity supported pages should have a much stronger Get Satisfaction brand, clearly marking them as different from the official support forums.
I love GS, but Jason Fried (yeah, you knew he would come up, didn't you?) does have some good points about unofficial forums looking a bit too official.
Good luck with the firestorm. I think you're doing a pretty decent job handling this, and I hope to see a better GS on the other side.

Hm, looks like there might be some useful prior art for just such an API http://sched.org/api

Is this the only way to follow a company/product on the dashboard? Is there a way to follow a company I don't want to rate? – jacksonfox, on December 22, 2008 18:29

How do I follow a company? In my dashboard there's a page of companies and products that I "use". How do I add stuff to this list? I swear there used to be a button or link on the company pages to do this.
I'd like to favorite/save/bookmark/follow (pick a verb) certain companies so I can quickly and easily get to their Get Satisfaction pages. And yes, I'd love it if my dashboard was my homepage as well.-

Is it possible to edit Silverback videos in iMovie '08?I've been trying to figure out how to edit Silverback movies in iMovie '08, but I'm stumped. Whenever I go to File -> Import Movies... I can see the Silverback .mov file, but I can't select it. Has anyone managed to do this?

While we wait for a Mac-friendly remote testing tool, I can recommend UserVue for remotely moderating and recording test sessions in Windows. It works well, though it only records screens, no external video.

Why can't I follow a company or product? So I get that I can follow a thread or a person, but I can't seem to follow a company or product. At the least, I'd like to add links to the companies and products I'm interested in to my dashboard.
