cant get my imac g3 to connect to the internet! help!My mom just bought an imac g3, it was previously a schools computer and I believe they deleted quite a few items off the computer. but I cant figure out how to get it connected to the interent. anyone have any solutions for me?? Thanks!!!!-

yeah that would be really helpful!!!! I didnt get anything with the computer except the power cord!! is there anything specific I need to look for, for the drive??? -

how do I free up memory??? HELP!!!!I just bought a ibook used and there were two accounts, the one I can access is the administrator account but the other one was just a user account, but I dont know the password and neither did the previous owner I figured out how to delete the account but it seems as though it didnt free up any memory. I dont know if the file vault was set for it but I also dont know that password. I have none of the disks that came with it, and it has been running a little slow.
there are no pictures, videos, or music on my account.
would I need to just do a complete reset of my computer by getting a software disk? or just try and upgrade the memory? (which I have no idea of how or what to look for).
HELP PLEASE!!!! -

i just bought a used macbook g3 and i brought it home and it will not play dvds, the guy said that he watched dvds all the time but now it wont! this is my first mac and i am really dissapointed that it has a problem such as this! so if anyone could help out it would be greatly appreciated!!! thanks.
