I just had to add one point. This Comcastcares1 person is a perfect example of how Comcast does not care.

Joyce listed her problem that her email will not load/open.... and this comcast person tells her few things to try then says if that doesn't work, email for help. How can they explain that is good customer service? They are telling a paying customer, whose email program will not open, to email them for help? Botom line - Comcast is not interested in what their customer wants - or requests. Customer service is not a concept they understand.

I have same problems - I am not able to get pictures sent to m smartzone account - THANK GOD FOR YAHOO!! IT WORKS GREAT!! Comcast has problems in every area, but Smartzone realy showed what a horrible company they are. And yes, they do not care about the customer. I am also canceling everything, and of course sending emails to their advertisers - Really, every service has it's problems (except YAHOO) - the big problem is that Comcast does not offer customer service.Do they even have a customer service department??
