IT IS POSSIBLE! I wanted the exact same thing, and searched around a bit. And guess what I found: a program that makes it possible.. :P

Take a look and experiment a bit with it, then download the addon (as it already has been linked to) "Morning Peeps" and set the timer for whatever you want. Now all there's left to do, is to sleep, and be wakened by your favourite music.. :P

Or at least a preference in about:config, which could be adopted in Power Tools. Personnaly I dont really care, but i can see the problematique.

Well one problem i see, is that there's no display plane at the top.. Which means this should be at the bottom or (malplaced) in the sidebar..

Am i the only one thinking that we need a "top" displaybar?
