    Mistake made, but follow up was good.
    I complained about a customer service problem at Wal-mart in the Christmas rush. I received a phone call the next day from the store and I think the manager made a real effort in understanding the problem. Ideally the problem wouldn't have occurred in the first place but I think they seemed to care. It is a good sign when companies actually take the time to follow up.

    Why Do The Bills Look Identical but Aren't?
    Why do the Bell bills all look identical now? Expressvu and Home phone are on identical forms but don't come on one bill (tried to sign up for 1-bill previous, but web site broken). This is very confusing.
