    The zipcar service has got really pathetic. I went to drop my car and all the zipcar spots were occupied . I called up Zipcar and they were really rude and stupid. In spite of telling them there is no public parking within 2 miles of the area , they kept telling me the same thing - Please find a legal parking spot and park there'. They also told me that I would be responsible if the car was towed or if the car received a parking ticket. I stood there for 25 minutes in cold offering them good suggestions but they kept chanting the same thing' Please find a legal parking spot and park there'. At the end I got pissed off and told them to deal with it as it was their problem and left.
