Sorry to hear you hadn’t heard about the video changes in advance. We had informed our members of the changes through our email communication, and on our get ready site (e.g. http://getready.bttradespace.com/what...) as well as our last newsletter.

Part of the reason for the relaunch of BT Tradespace is actually to make the use of videos more accessable to our members. The upload section in the old version of BT Tradespace has indeed ceased though we've now created a media editor that gives members the capability to showcase their videos more effectively than previously.

As rightly highlighted above, we've been unable to bring across video content into the new version of BT Tradespace - Geri's response below gives more detail on this....

Understand the frustration caused by changing the way videos are uploaded & also by not being able to bring previously uploaded content across. We're working hard though on bringing more content, tools & promotions to the site to help our members get more from video. Watch out for an offer on Flip camcorders coming soon & in the meantime, pls note we've removed the limits on the number of videos that can be shown within your BT Tradespace site.
