Add Block option to Gmail headerCurrently we have at the top of gmails tagged Boxbe waiting list;
Waitlist reason: blah.com (noreply@blah.com) is not on your Guest List | Approve sender | Approve domain
Could we add "Block Sender" to do this in one click rather that add "noreply@blah.com" to blocklist on website?

Thanks for the instructions, that should fix it!
I did not manually add the OtherInbox label - I didn't know you could! That is a great tip however to force OIB to pick them up! Just what I have been looking for.
(It was only a couple of mailboxes. They did appear all at once and some of them have strange names such as "300.4.Mailupid.COM" and "CM.17.496.Sailthru.COM")
My OIB username is robocombot
Ty very much!

How do you prevent OIB from organising particular mailboxes from Gmail?OIB is now picking up all my gmails that have been sent from friends whose address is **@hotmail.co.uk or from **@mod.uk
I did not get asked if OIB should organise these for me, how do I prevent OIB from intercepting these messages?

Mailboxes: Have a different color for High, Medium and Low priority mailboxesHaving High priority mailboxes as a bold colour (red?) would make sure you read/deleted them on each login. Although these are at the top you could still miss them.
Would keep Medium colour as is and use maybe blue for Low priority mailboxes.
I just want to be able to see High/Medium/Low mailboxes with one quick visual scan.
james D asked a question in Google on April 18, 2009 19:16:
How do you forward and delete?I have set up a filter to forward all email from: example@ham.com to another email address. I also want to delete these emails from my gmail account (not just archive them).
I have checked "Forward it to: example@otheremail.com"
I have checked "Delete it"
The deleting bit is working, however the emails are not getting forwarded? Is the email getting deleted before it is forwarded? Does this only work if the "Skip the Inbox" box is checked instead of "Delete it" box?
james D asked a question in OtherInbox on March 10, 2009 23:20:
Will OtherInbox detect archived messages (or Inbox only)?OK, so I set up all these rules and filters in gmail a while ago and felt very proud of myself....
I have *some* ham that is auto-archived and tagged - if I want this content to now go to OIB will I have to delete these rules (set up painstakingly!) or will OIB also scan the archive?
Will the gmail mailbox feature become a paid feature in the future, what about for existing users :)

james D replied on December 14, 2008 15:35 to the discussion "Would you pay for a Pro version of OtherInbox? What features would you pay for?" in OtherInbox:
I would be willing to pay for an iPhone application. I think doing it on a similiar basis as "remember the milk" did theirs may work best, for me anyhow (free app, free website - but need pro account to use iPhone app). Probably pay 10 or 15 USD/year to use the iPhone app. 20 if it rocks!
Also, would not mind non instrusive ads.
I would hope all the features currently available will continue to be free otherwise its back to filtering gmail for me...-
