Also this has an effect when trying to pull off a query as it just keeps timing out due to the number of records.

I think it depends on where you are in the country. At the user group meeting here in the south west we brought it up because it comes up fine for towns covered by Devon County Council. However we know Torbay FIS have this problem with the county not appearing for theirs.

Why is it when you do a query for services that the record is duplicated numerous times? This happens even if there you are only using one table with no joins.

This is very confusing when training my staff this morning as in organisations it is called quality awards in organisations and accreditation in services. It would just be nice for the names to be uniform across the board.

It would be useful to have a more advanced search option like we have for our FSDs at present as it is so limited what we can search for. Also it could be nice on the childcare side of things to be able to search through records via school pickup.

That's crazy though because organisations link to services. Over half our family services information are down as organisations. Things like children's centres, schools, sports clubs, etc. So from my understanding is that there is no intention to pull organisations through?

Hi Barry. Cullompton and all postal towns come up fine. The only problem is with the postcode search which does not bring back the childminders. Many thanks for you help. :-)

I've found another problem as well. If you type in the town name then you find all the childcare in that area. However if you type in the postcode then all the childminders are omitted.

No problem at all. Just thought you should also know that cost isn't the organisation bit as well. Although for the mapping to PKHD it looks like it should be there. There will be organisations who have a cost such as a youth centre, sports club, etc.
