Why do you need Spotify Premium to use on iPod Touch? Its INFURIATES me that you STILL try to money-grab from people who don't mind listening to Ads! If you put Ads on the Mobile Version but still make it available on Free Accounts I really wouldn't mind listening to ads.

Few things to try:

Are you sure sound is on?
Sound Drivers Working? (Test this by playing a youtube video or other music file)
Firewall issues? (Allow Spotify in Windows Firewall)

Please tell me if still having problems after these.

They are currently having issues with playlists, Just be patient.

It means that your playlist can't syncronise.
