Allen, I would suggest you not LIE to the public. You probably have not upgraded to MR-6 and there was never a problem Loopt working with non-upgraded phones.

Jeff, patients is a good thing. I have been talking with the people here at Loopt and I know there is a fix comming soon. You want to make sure that things work properly don't you? This is not Loopt's fault as Sprint decided to release MR-6 and that is what is causing the issue (as it is with a few other popular apps). It is comming....

Chris,

I am using the Instinct (The Original one). I tried the power down and back up and I got the same results.

I also tried pulling the battery for 30 seconds and powering back up, then tried turning off the bluetooth, power down and back up and still the same.

Any other suggestions?

It doesn't work.

It downloads fine, and starts up, but when I click the "No, not yet!, But I want to join" on the "Do you have an account already?" screen it keeps telling me to restart to free up memory. and if I click the I do have an account it goes to a white screen and does nothing.

What should I do??

I am sorry, and I don't mean to sound like a jerk, but we have been hearing this for a while. can we get at least a month and year that loopt is planning on the release for the instinct?

OK we users of the instinct are having a hard time believing that SPRINT is not willing to help with apps. I have read on numerous forums that many of us are willing to help with the beta test of loopt for the instinct. Are there any plans to release a beta and is there a time line/relase date for the official release?
