When I activated IntenseDebate, I noticed that it messed up my template. For instance, in single.php, everything after <?php comments_template(); ?> doesn't show up.

IntenseDebate seems to be messing up my HTML. In the single.php file, everything after <?php comments_template(); ?> doesn't show up. Any reason why this is happening?

I have this in my index.php: <?php comments_popup_link('No comments', '1 Comment', '% Comments'); ?> but IntenseDebate still won't display the number of comments.

It shows the correct number in all other page views (i.e., category, tags et cetera) and those are using the exact same code. What could be causing this?

I can't install IntenseDebate in the newest release of Wordpress. I drop it into the plugin folder, refresh the plugin page, and it doesn't show up!
