James Lawson-Smith asked a question in TweepMe on March 16, 2009 20:46:
What happens if I change my Twitter Password? How do I update TweepMe?I was just thinking there does not appear to be anywhere to change your password so what happens if we need to change our Twitter password? I myself change my password on a regular basis since the hack attempts on Twitter.

Now it just links to your main home page http://getsatisfaction.com not to our profile page.
Also the frequent questions does appear to be working but that might just be me.
James Lawson-Smith marked one of Amy Muller's replies in Get Satisfaction as useful. Amy Muller replied to the idea "Display "Employee of" in "About Me" section".

Nice to see you have changed the landing page from "This company does not exist" to "We could not find it" (or something along those lines)
I would like to say I am glad to see such a fast response to users problems. Keep up the good work and once my startup starts making money I will sign up to a paid package here.

Display "Employee of" in "About Me" sectionIt would be nice if in the "About Me2 section of our bio it would display "Emplyeed By" with a link to the company. I think this would help both our users and your find who they are looking for. Also it makes Employees stand out from the crowd.
Maybe have badge or something.
A comment on the problem "The link embedded in our widget says we don't exist." in Get Satisfaction:
The redirect sounds good as a temp fix, as the redirect will produce a lot of 301's in search engines. Maybe have it in place as well as the main fix to counter any future problems or search engines that have picked up the /companies/[company_name] link, so that we don't get the "you don't exists" error. – James Lawson-Smith, on March 03, 2009 18:32-

James Lawson-Smith asked a question in MySpace on March 03, 2009 16:59:
Why is there so many questions but hardly any answers?I have looked through a lot of your questions here and there seems to be very little involvement from MySpace staff. Why have this feature for your site and not use it? There are hundreds of people having problems with various different things but not very answers are coming from the MySpace staff.

Note I am having this problem also:
The problem is with the link it produces
The link it has is:
http://getsatisfaction.com/companies/companyname
When it should be:
http://getsatisfaction.com/companyname
