jamie replied on April 10, 2008 20:29 to the question "Water bottle, reflective tails and ordering advice..." in Timbuk2:
sorry jeff. we were eating burritos. answers to your questions: nope, ya can't add on a waterbottle holder. yes, you can take off the reflective tails, but you can't take off the clip that attaches the tail to the bag. you can totally phone in the order, or you can do the process online, whichever floats your boat.

jamie replied on April 02, 2008 19:57 to the question "What is the "green-ness" of your fabrics?" in Timbuk2:
1) next season there will be a light green hemp for some of the models. 2) green-ness of our bags, to me, goes like this: the ballistic is made from neither recycled nor recyclable materials. however. if you were to order a custom ballistic laptop messenger bag, you are getting a bag that will outlast anything that can be made (at this time) out of recycled materials. the bag will most likely outlast you. that bag will also be made in san francisco, by people who live and work in one of the most expensive cities in the country. all this makes your bag earth-friendly and people-friendly, and goreous to boot. so green in the strictest sense of the word? no. green in a more whole/sustainable sense of the word? quite.
