votes backup

have a backup of all votes to be able to restore them in competitors and pro/cons sections

If a mod mistakenly removes a competitor, the votes should still be there somewhere
so that they can be used if it gets back on the list and have the option to do so or not

ability to agree or disagree on the competitors, sort of a vote for the competitors (to "community validate"). Would work as the edit function to prevent abuse?
