Hi Elaine,
there's no manual at the moment, however we offer free support to every user. You can either use this portal or email us at support @ paymo.biz.
You can get the unlimited invoices add-on in the invoice module, right hand column by clicking the Enable button, or you can upgrade to a commercial account (if you need more than three users in the system) in the Company Settings page, right hand column by clicking the "Change" button.

Actually i wasn't talking about competitors, rather a different app that's sole purpose is used to remind you to do things. just run a search on a popular download site for recurrent reminder app or something like that and choose one :)
Than you can set it to remind you to track time every 10min :)
