Hi, please try to empty browser cache:

Tools -> Delete browsing history
Delete Temporary Internet Files

and turn on IE error notification:

Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced tab
In Browsing check "Display a notification about every script error"

reload the page with graph by Ctrl+R.

Please report if some error appears in browser (left bottom corner of browser window see image). If yes, please copy the details.
