I've had this happen several times too, especially when I use the app. via my computer. I think it's something in Loopt's system that gets congested or something. Does it randomly say things like "your friend's list could not be located" or "updated" or something like that? Try starting again at your home site, erase all loopt's tracking cookies, then login to loopt again, SLOWLY. The glitch usely happens when someone is being impatient and is clicking too many items while the first hasn't even finished uploading, or updating, or whatever. If it looks like it's busy doing something or says to wait, then wait before trying to get it to do something else. I haven't had that problem since I've been doing this..gl!
