We discovered a problem with our Expedia arranged vacation package a week before our trip. Multiple customer service call attempts to correct the issue were treated with LONG periods on hold, "cut-offs" and ultimately no resolution. We ended up with double expenses because of THEIR errors. Requests following the vacation for a refund of additional expenses were refused. Again, it took multiple calls, several cut-offs and emails to reach the point of hearing a refusal. I retain my paper trail to this day as evidence it was THEIR fault; yet, have not been able t reach anybody outside their customer service group. Would appreciate the ability to communicate with somebody up the chain.-
