Manually submitted links look like crap;) They could be an excellent source of engagement from users, and an excellent source of new sources for admins - but they are treated badly in the outlay of the listings. Ohh, and by the way - grab the title from the URL and skip the manual insertion.

Still see some sources beeing badly handled when imported. (but without permalinks it's hard to point at them ;) There are sources showing url instead of title, sources linking to other sources but beeing left without connections, etc...

I know this is beeing worked on, but still think there should be a report on it.

No dealbreaker but shorted comments-links (like the ones Disqus creates - http://disq.us/sv5d) will be increasingly common, and need to be counted when you weight the popular listing.

Missing the goodies

Some stories don't pick up their re-tweets, inlinks and so on. Is there something on the user/admin side to be done about it or is it just internal hickups.

The listing under Popular is to slow. You should make sure it changes at least a couple of times each 24hrs, your frequent visitors is your most valuable asset.
