Samsung A737. I've since found how to send a hash, but it's a menu-submenu-submenu-selection option, whereas the angle brackets are default options (on the 0 key). Nothing critical, but it does keep me from using the SMS checkin, since it's a bit of a PITA.

My phone cannot send an octothorpe, (hash) for SMS shout commands. I think it would be a good idea to provide a different method to specify shouting/leaving your shortcuts. My suggestion would be to use the left and right angle bracket (chevron) for leave and shout. For example

>home -- This would shout from home.
<home -- This would leave home.

And so on.

jarvitron marked one of Dawn's replies in Shizzow as useful. Dawn replied to the problem "Can't add nickname from Place page.".

When on the "Shout History" for a place that is in your favorites, there is a link under "people currently here" and "favorite..." that says "This is one of your favorite places, but you have not added a nickname for it yet." when you click the link it takes you to the URL

Prev and Next text on on search page should be links.

The Prev and Next text on the search results isn't a link right now, only the << and >>. Most pages use Prev and Next to go one page at a time and double arrow brackets to indicate "first" and "last" or "skip 10". Would improve interface a bit.

Please fix your email/login boxes to accept name+subject@gmail.com addresses. I can't log on to myspace because of the form rejecting it as "not a standard email address".
